The Waccamaw WDA is seeking proposals for youth program services. The evaluation criteria for the RFP include Program Proposal Synopsis, Experience, Organizational Capacity and Past Performance, Program Methodology, Partnerships and Innovation, Outreach, and Budget and Financial Information. A Letter of Intent is due by March 12, 2026, and a mandatory Proposer's Conference is scheduled for March 24, 2022.
