Description

This solicitation is for organizational design and classification consulting services to review the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission's (CNSC) organizational structure. The review will assess the current state, gather insights, evaluate capabilities, and develop evidence-based future organizational design recommendations for the CNSC executive team.
