SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking contractors for the construction of foundations and utilities to support a modular sterile processing facility at Upstate Community Hospital in Syracuse, NY. - Government Buyer: - State University of New York (SUNY) – SUNY Upstate Medical University - Scope of Work: - Construction of foundations, structures, sitework, and utilities for a modular sterile processing facility - Modular facility itself will be provided by others - Products/Services Requested: - All labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction - Unique Requirements: - Completion required within 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed - MWBE participation goals: 12% MBE, 18% WBE - SDVOB goal: 1% - Workforce participation goals: 10% WBE, 10% MBE - Bid security of at least 5% of total bid required - Bidding documents available for nonrefundable deposit (waived for certified MWBE and SDVOB businesses) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Opportunity is open to all qualified contractors; no restrictions based on prior contracts

The State University of New York at Upstate Medical University is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of foundations, structures, sitework, and utilities associated with the installation of a modular sterile processing facility. The project must be completed within 180 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
