Description
The City of Cortland is seeking sealed proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide professional services related to compliance with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 253. The selected consultant will determine if the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant is subject to mandatory greenhouse gas reporting requirements and, if required, prepare and assist with submission of the greenhouse gas emissions report. The procurement is structured in two phases: Phase 1 is an applicability review to evaluate reporting requirements, and Phase 2 involves greenhouse gas reporting services if authorized. Completion of Phase 1 does not guarantee proceeding to Phase 2.
