The New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs (DMNA) is seeking a responsible vendor to conduct statewide lead wipe testing for the Armories and Readiness Centers located within the State of New York. Testing work will be conducted periodically throughout the calendar year on an as needed basis. The number of samples and locations to be tested vary based on preliminary testing results completed by others.
