SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University intends to rent Compella Bariatric Beds and Envella Air Fluidized Therapy Beds using Premier Consortia Contract # PP-NS-1566. This procurement is authorized under New York State Finance Law section 163(3)(vi) allowing use of a consortium without a formal competitive process when justified by price.
