Fort Drum, NY has a BRAND NAME requirement for Dale Carnegie Building a Stronger and More Cohesive Team training. Offerors must provide all information requested in Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 in Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters on Adobe Page 21 of the Solicitation. All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
