Description
CNF INTEGRATED FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS
This solicitation is to establish a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements, Non-Personal Services contract to support multiple fire protection systems for the Forest Service, Chugach National Forest (CNF), Southeast Alaska.
Purpose: The purpose of this contract is to ensure fire alarm systems (FAS), fire suppression systems (FSS), backflow preventers, and fire extinguishers are fully functional, compliant with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, certified, and ready for emergency use.
Description of Services: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and all other items and non-personal services necessary to support multiple fire protection systems for the Forest Service, Chugach National Forest, located in Southcentral Alaska. Services include, but are not limited to, inspection, testing, certification, maintenance, installation, repair, replacement, and disposal of fire protection systems and equipment to ensure all units remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at multiple CNF facilities located throughout Southcentral Alaska: Girdwood, Seward, and Cordova. The Girdwood and Seward sites are accessible by road, while the Cordova sites are accessible only via airplane and/or ferry.
Contract Type: The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements, Non-Personal Services contract with up to a 5-Year Ordering Period. Performance shall be made only as authorized by Task Orders issued IAW the Ordering Clause. Subject to any limitations in the Order Limitations Clause or elsewhere in this contract, the contractor shall furnish to the Government all services specified in the Schedule of Items and called for by orders issued IAW the Ordering Clause.
