The U.S. Air Force, 90th Civil Engineer Squadron at FE Warren AFB, is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses to supply Prime BEEF Readiness Equipment for emergency beddown and training. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 90th Civil Engineer Squadron (90 CES), FE Warren AFB, WY - Products Requested: - Shelter Systems / Deployable Tents (10 units) - Must meet specific size (28-30 ft length, 18-20 ft width, 8-10 ft height), floor space (545-565 sq ft), and operational requirements - Includes Mil Spec liner, integrated lighting, electrical outlets, and compatibility with environmental control units - Portable, quick setup/strike (max 6 personnel, 25-75 minutes) - Power Distribution Units (10 units) - 60 Amp input/output, 6 receptacle outlets - Light Assembly Kits (10 units) - Compatible with shelter and power systems - 50,000 hour life, multiple power settings, 15 Watt, 1320 lumen output - Skid Mounted Diesel Generators (10 units per salient characteristics, 2 units per solicitation) - 60 kW, 120/208 Volt, 3 phase, 106 gallon fuel capacity, military colors - Services Requested: - Shipping and onsite training for installation and operation of one fully operational shelter system (2 units per salient characteristics, 1 unit per solicitation) - Unique Requirements: - Delivery within 150 calendar days after award - Three-year warranty or greater - Onsite training and product reset assistance - All equipment must be compatible and suitable for rapid deployment and field use - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are mentioned; vendors must meet detailed technical specifications outlined in the attachments.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Purchase of Emergency Beddown and Readiness Training Equipment, Firm Fixed Price commodity purchase under 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. 

CLIN 0001 Shelter System - 10 each

CLIN 0002 Power Distribution - 10 each

CLIN 0003 - Light Assembly Kits (Compatible to CLIN 0001, 0002) - 10 each

CLIN 0004 - Skid Mounted Diesel Generator 

CLIN 0005 - Shipping and Onsite Training to Install One Fully Operational Shelter System (with all components CLIN 0001-0004).
