Description
The Government requires OEM-authorized and vendor-certified maintenance services including periodic mechanical and software calibration, emergency technical support, and potential unit relocation, for its Hanel vertical lift modules located in the 309th AMXG facilities at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.
The Government intends to issue a sole-source solicitation and subsequent single-award IDIQ contract to SpaceSaver Intermountain, LLC, the entity designated by Hanel Storage Systems as their partner serving Hill AFB's geographic region, and authorized entity to provide warranty services for the Hanel machines acquired by the 309th.
All responsible sources suitably authorized by Hanel Storage Systems may submit a capability statement and/or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Additionally, respondents shall indicate whether their entity is a large business, an 8(a) concern, a women-owned small business, a HUBZone small business, a veteran-owned small business, or a service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
