The OMHM is conducting a public open procedure for the renovation of a residential building located at 4680-4700, avenue Barclay, in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce district of Montreal. The project includes decontamination, interior stripping, replacement of electromechanical components and fire alarms, roof replacement, balcony repairs, insulation, masonry, doors and windows, complete renovation of apartments and common areas, and site and exterior landscaping. The building is a three-story wooden structure with 14 apartments and various common spaces. Work must start immediately at 4700 avenue Barclay and after three months at 4680 avenue Barclay, with continuous essential services maintained during tenant relocation. The work duration is a maximum of 290 working days from the confirmed start date.
