Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.

The RFQ number is N0060426Q4095. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and DFARS Publication Notice 5/7/2026. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

The enclosed solicitation has an approved Limited Source Justification for this order, ONLY MSA Safety Incorporated (MSA) products from authorized distributors are acceptable for this order. In accordance with FAR 5.201(c)(3), the required justification or documentation is attached.

Vendors that submit quotes in response to solicitation number N0060426Q4095 that are not listed on the OEM distributor website will not be considered.
