Description
The City of New York's Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call Open Space Planning and Engineering Analysis services. These services include Land Use Planning, Environmental Impact Assessments and Investigations, Economic and Real Estate Analysis, Engineering Studies and Cost Estimating, and Master Planning and Public Engagement for various city-owned properties across the five boroughs. The contract will be awarded on a Task/Work Order basis, with an anticipated term of approximately three years starting February 1, 2027, and ending January 31, 2030. The agency anticipates awarding up to five contracts with a total estimated procurement value of $20,000,000.
