Description
The AFLCMC/HNCO Non-Kinetic Cyber Effects (NKCE) Program Management Office requires a streamlined mission Planning, Briefing, Execution, and Debriefing (PBED) process for operators. The current process relies on fragmented custom scripts and manual processes, lacking a unified interface, which hinders operational efficiency and increases potential for operator error. The government seeks industry partnership to develop and integrate comprehensive mission planning modules within the Maven (Palantir) platform, including software engineering, AI integration, and DevSecOps support. The contractor must have expertise in offensive cyber operations, data ontologies, Palantir Foundry and Maven ecosystems, AI/ML integration, and DevSecOps practices. Work will be performed in TS/SCI/SAP areas local to San Antonio, TX, with a 24-month period of performance.
