Description
The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services for the Queens Civil Courthouse Plaza Reconstruction Project (CO299EXT2). The project involves rehabilitation and reconstruction of the exterior plaza at 89-17 Sutphin Boulevard, Jamaica, Queens, including demolition of deteriorated components, drainage systems, landscaping, waterproofing, and structural repairs to the garage roof slab. New waterproofing, drainage, paving, landscaping, and site furnishings will be installed, with selected granite materials salvaged and reinstalled. Construction will be phased to maintain courthouse access and operations throughout the project.
