This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks a qualified professional consulting firm to perform a Comprehensive Public Health and Environmental Health Services Assessment for the City of Eagle Pass. The selected consultant will conduct an independent, data-driven evaluation of the City's current public health and environmental health services, including water quality monitoring, epidemiological assessment, regulatory review, and service delivery evaluation.
