The City of Eagle Pass is seeking a highly qualified individual, independent consultant, firm, company, or professional management organization to provide comprehensive management, operational, business development, sports tourism, and related professional services for the Eagle Pass Golf Course and Patsy Winn Sports Complex. The goal is to establish a professional, accountable, efficient, and business-oriented management structure to improve facility conditions, daily operations, financial performance, customer service, facility utilization, revenue generation, tournament recruitment, sports tourism, and visitor-generating activity.
