Description

The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) is seeking a supplier to provide general pest control services to control pests such as roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, and spiders. Services are to be performed monthly with recalls as needed at no additional charge, both inside and outside the building located at 601 Logan Ave., Cullman, AL 35055. The contract period is for twelve months with an option to renew up to five years, with a total cost not to exceed $25,000. Termite inspection and treatment are excluded from the quoted services.
