Description

The City of San Antonio, Capital Delivery Department, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide on-call Building Commissioning, Building Sustainability Certification, and testing and balancing services for City-owned facilities. These services will support new construction and major renovations to improve operational performance, energy efficiency, and environmental quality. The City intends to award up to three contracts with a base term of three years and possible renewals. A pre-submittal conference will be held via WebEx, and the due date for submissions is October 13, 2026.
