Description

The State of Vermont's Office of Purchasing & Contracting is seeking proposals to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide linen and towel rental and cleaning services. The scope includes supplying clean linens such as twin and full bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels, as well as cleaning BDUs and blankets owned by the Vermont Criminal Justice Training Council. The contract period is 24 months with an option to renew for up to three additional twelve-month periods, anticipated to start on December 31, 2026. Pricing must be all-inclusive, and the service will be provided on a weekly basis with inventory tracking and replacement of worn or damaged items at no additional charge.
