   2. Background: The facility is replacing current exam lights that are either at the end of life or no longer supported by repair, impacting reliability and continuity of clinical care. A total of eight (8) existing lights is being replaced, along with one (1) additional unit for a new procedure room. Replacing three (3) that are end of life and five (5) that are no longer serviceable due to discontinued maintenance support.

1. Scope: This Statement of Work covers the procurement and delivery of nine (9) Burton Medical ALED 070 wall mount exam lights for use in dermatology clinic.

2. Specific Tasks.

5.1 Task 1 Procurement and Delivery: Provide nine (9) Burton Medical ALED 070 wall mount examination lights & deliver equipment to the designated facility location. 5.2 Task 2 Installation (Excluded): Installation is not included in this procurement. All installation and mounting will be performed by facility engineering staff. 5.3 Task 3 Warranty & Support: Manufacturer warranty applies per Burton Medical Terms. Vendor support is limited to coordination with manufacturers as applicable.

1. Performance Monitoring No performance monitoring is required; this is for payment only request for items already used.

2. Security Requirements The requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. This is for payment only.
