1. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW

ACC-APG, Tobyhanna Division is conducting market research to identify qualified sources (Small Business and Large Business) capable of providing PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, DIAGNOSTIC INSPECTIONS, AND REPAIRS for thirty-nine (39) 400 Hz cycle converters at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Refer to the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed technical requirements.

Anticipated Acquisition Strategy: Single-Award Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for Preventative Maintenance and for Emergency Repairs. Set-Aside Decision: Results will determine whether this requirement will be set aside for Small Business (all categories) or solicited under Full and Open Competition.

Technical Capability & Experience: Demonstrated experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing 400 Hz cycle converters or equivalent industrial power systems. Ability to meet the mandatory 48-hour on-site emergency response requirement. Administrative/management structure for any proposed teaming or subcontracting arrangements.
