Description
California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) intends to repatriate certain cultural items that are objects of cultural patrimony with cultural affiliation to Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. The items include four lithic tools collected near Ludlow, San Bernardino County, CA, donated in 1988. The repatriation may occur on or after September 30, 2026. CSUF has determined a connection between the items and the Morongo Band of Mission Indians and the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation.
