The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), on behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), announces final agency actions related to the proposed highway project on State Road (S.R.) 524 from Friday Road (south) to Industry Road. The project involves widening the existing two-lane roadway to a four-lane divided urban roadway, installing roundabouts at intersections with Cox Road and London Boulevard, and adding shared use paths on both sides of S.R. 524. Additionally, the interchange at Interstate 95 will be reconfigured to a diverging diamond interchange.
