Description
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing collection of information. This collection involves forms 740M, 741, 742, and 742C used for reporting nuclear material transactions, material balance, and physical inventory listings. The forms are required from licensees possessing specified quantities of nuclear material to fulfill domestic and international safeguards regulations. Comments are due by October 30, 2026.
