The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China are being sold in the United States at less than fair value during the period of investigation from April 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025. The investigation covers finished and unfinished van-type trailers and their subassemblies, including various components such as subframes, door assemblies, coupler assemblies, and running gear. The determination includes instructions for suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements for imports of the subject merchandise. The scope excludes subassemblies covered by antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain chassis from China.
