Description

The Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida, is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications from qualified Progressive Design-Build teams for the turnkey planning, design, permitting, and construction of a new municipal fire station, referred to as the Town's Public Safety Facility. The selection process is qualifications-based, with a Phase I Preconstruction Services Agreement followed by Phase II Final Design and Construction upon successful negotiation and Town Council approval. A mandatory pre-response conference will be held, and the existing fire station will remain operational during construction. The project requires a licensed Florida engineering/design firm as the Prime Respondent, with bonding requirements to be satisfied by the General Contractor if applicable.
