Description
The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology intends to enter into an agreement with SMART IT Tools, LLC for the one-time purchase of the Holder Pro Software source code, plus a one-year subscription to the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators Eyeball Report Generator. This procurement is a single source acquisition to obtain software uniquely designed to integrate with the existing Unclaimed Property Management Information System. Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services are invited to provide relevant information by September 22, 2026. If it is determined that the services are only available from the single source, the Department will proceed with the agreement accordingly.
