Howard County is seeking bids for the Guilford Stormwater Pond Repair Project and Water and Sewer Plans. The project involves construction work including removal of an existing concrete riser structure, abandonment and backfill of two pipes, construction of a large concrete riser, two 48" RCP spillway culverts, a large storm drain junction box, and associated storm drain work under Guilford Road.
