Description

The New York State Department of Civil Service is issuing a Request for Proposal to competitively secure the services of a qualified organization to provide actuarial and benefits management consulting services. These services will support the administration of the New York State Health Insurance Program and other benefits managed by the Department. The contract term is 5.5 years, and the Department will contract with a single offeror. Proposals are due by October 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.
