Description

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals for expert professional program and project management services for the JFK International Airport Phase II Redevelopment Program. The services are requested on an as-needed basis during 2027 through 2029, with the possibility of contract extension for up to two additional three-year periods through 2035. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 25, 2026. A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
