Description

The Buffalo Public Schools is requesting proposals from a qualified vendor to provide routine, non-routine, and emergency inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair services of fire protection systems districtwide. The vendor must have the licensing, experience, knowledge, and skill to perform required quarterly, semiannual, annual, 5-year, and 10-year inspections, tests, and maintenance of fire pumps, sprinklers, standpipes, and FM-200 chemical suppression systems according to NFPA standards and manufacturer recommendations. Repairs will be performed on an as-needed basis. Electronic submittal is allowed and encouraged via the BPS BONFIRE portal.
