This solicitation is for the renovation of Rooms 202 and 322 in Walters Hall at SUNY Environmental Science & Forestry. The work includes partial demolition, removal and reinstallation of ceilings, new wall partitions, relocation of cabinets, installation of new countertops, sinks, fume hoods, lab counters, reagent shelving, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical receptacles, lighting, panels, and other related construction work.
