Description

This contract is for comprehensive maintenance, repair, monitoring, and operational support of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's 700/800 MHz Bus Radio System, which includes 39 sites, Bus Command Center, Transition Center, backhaul networks, base stations, dispatch systems, mobile and portable radios, and related infrastructure. Contractors must provide OEM training and certifications, preventive and corrective maintenance, service-level obligations for routine and emergency responses, spare parts management, network operations center support, reporting, software/firmware management, and ensure interoperability with CleverCAD. The contract requires adherence to MTA cybersecurity standards, uninterrupted system performance, operational workflow maintenance, redundancy, and 24/7 technical support. Compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and security policies is mandatory throughout the contract term.
