The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement to issue these documents. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. 1. Scope Markings shall comply with MIL-STD-130. Articles to be furnished shall be repaired, tested, and inspected as per the terms in this document. Any item contracted for repair shall have a Statement of Work to ensure compliance with all repair procedures and requirements. Repair of: MONITOR SYSTEM, AIR; 1680 017183019; NSN; 123AV92020-7; Part Number shall be performed according to the latest applicable repair technical publications. No deviation from approved procedures is allowed without review and acceptance by the Basic Design Engineer. Requests for waiver/deviation shall be routed through the Local DCMA/ACO office for review and recommendations. Articles shall be repaired, tested, and inspected in accordance with the specified terms. Equipment such as fixtures, jigs, dies, patterns, mylars, special tooling, test equipment, or any other manufacturing aids required for manufacture and testing are the contractor's responsibility unless otherwise specified. The use of MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited; SAE-AS22759 series wire shall be used instead. Any questions should be directed to the Procuring Contracting Officer. If MIL-STD-454 is referenced, compliance with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C is expected, and personnel performing tasks must be trained and certified accordingly. 2. Applicable Documents Not applicable. 3. Requirements The contractor shall maintain a quality control system meeting Mil-I-45208A, Mil-Q 9858, ISO-9000 / 9001 / 9002, or equivalent standards. Inspection responsibilities, procedures, and quality assurance plans are detailed, including control over purchased materials, receiving inspections, failure analysis, nonconforming material control, and internal review boards. Records of data collection, repair assessments, and historical data shall be maintained and made available to the government upon request. 4. General Definitions and Scope Definitions include contractor, overhaul, repair, and scope of work. Repairs and overhauls shall be performed according to approved manuals, with changes requiring approval from the Procuring Contracting Officer. Items exceeding 75% of replacement cost are considered beyond economical repair (BER) and require specific approval. 5. Parts and Materials The contractor shall supply all parts and materials unless specified as Government Furnished Material. Changes to drawings or specifications require government approval. Control over purchased parts and materials, including inspection and documentation, is mandatory. 6.
