The U.S. Marine Corps, H&S Battalion MCB-Camp Butler, is soliciting commercial emergency lighting and siren systems for fleet vehicles. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps, H&S Battalion MCB-Camp Butler, Commanding Officer (Grayson Castro) - Products/Services Requested: - Integrated emergency vehicle lighting, siren, and control systems - Central programmable control panels (20 units) - Siren amplifiers (20 units) - 48-inch low-profile overhead lightbars (160 units) - Ultra-compact tri-color LED perimeter/grille lights (20 units) - Control panel brackets (40 units) - Grille mount back plates (20 units) - License plate brackets (20 units) - All equipment must meet or exceed the salient characteristics in Exhibit A, including modular design, programmable controls, noise-canceling microphones, SAE J1849 and California Title 13 compliance, and robust mounting hardware. - Delivery Requirements: - FOB Destination to Okinawa, Japan, or DLA Distribution San Joaquin (Tracy, CA) as an alternative - Unique/Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are mandated—open to any manufacturer meeting the technical specifications - Equipment must operate on 12 VDC vehicle power without auxiliary batteries - Lightbars require configurable LED colors, multiple flash patterns, and impact-resistant construction - No-drill mounting solutions for grille and license plate installations - All technical requirements are detailed in the attached Statement of Salient Characteristics.

Description

The Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) has a requirement for commercial emergency lighting and acoustic siren systems to outfit designated fleet vehicles. Offerors must supply equipment that meets or exceeds all salient physical and functional characteristics identified in Exhibit A (Salient Characteristics).

Place of Delivery: Quotes must include FOB Destination pricing for shipping to Okinawa, Japan. If direct delivery to Japan cannot be supported, vendors must provide pricing to DLA Distribution San Joaquin (Tracy, CA).
