This opportunity seeks vendors for supplying and installing electric forklift equipment at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, United States Air Force, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam - Products Requested: - Two (2) Electric Forklift Reach Trucks - 3,000 to 3,999 lbs capacity, 24-inch load center, 16 ft lift height - Variable speed (5-6 mph), power steering, hydraulic controls (reach, tilt, sideshift), load backrest, non-marking solid tires, operator safety features - Each with a 24V lead-acid battery for minimum 8-hour operation - Two (2) Lead-acid Batteries - Minimum 24V, sufficient ampere-hour capacity for 8-hour continuous use, color-coded connectors - One (1) Battery Charging Station - Compatible with 208V, 3-phase, 60Hz supply - Capable of charging for 8-hour operation, with automatic overcharge prevention and trickle charge mode - Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of one existing battery charging station (in compliance with environmental regulations) - Installation of new battery charging station (including all wiring, conduit, and mechanical fasteners) - Function check and commissioning of the new system - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery required within 180 days after award - All equipment must meet detailed technical and safety specifications - Contractor must provide on-site point of contact and adhere to specified response times - Work to be performed during normal business hours, excluding holidays - No specific OEMs or brands are named; vendors must demonstrate capability to meet all requirements.

This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it commit the Government to issue a solicitation or contract.

Any information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Government is not committed nor obligated to pay for the information provided, and no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as result of a response to this notice.

REQUIREMENT:

The 36th Contracting Squadron is seeking information on the availability and capability of commercial vendors to provide two (2) new Electric Forklift Reach Trucks, two (2) Batteries (one per forklift) and (1) Battery Charging Station to Andersen Air Force base (AAFB), Guam. The requirement also includes ancillary services for the removal and disposal of one (1) existing battery charging station and the installation and testing of the new battery charging station. See attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) for details.

SUBMISSION DETAILS:

Interested vendors are requested to submit capabilities statement of no more than five (5) pages in length. The deadline for responses to this request is no later than 03 September 2026 at 10:00 AM Chamorro Standard Time (ChST).

Capabilities statements should include:

Company name, address, point of contact, email address, phone number, CAGE code and Unique Entity ID.. Business size and socio-economic classification (e.g. Small Business, 8(a), Women-owned, Hub Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.). Any relevant GSA schedules or other contract vehicles. A narrative statement demonstrating the primary nature of your business and company’s capability to execute this requirement.
