This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for elevator repair and maintenance services at the Illinois School for the Deaf (ISD) and Illinois School for the Visually Impaired (ISVI) for fiscal years 2027 through 2031. The contract includes monthly maintenance services for 11 elevators at ISD and 7 elevators at ISVI, repair and maintenance services during normal business hours, and annual elevator inspections at ISD. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 25, 2026, at the Illinois School for the Deaf in Jacksonville, and only bidding vendors may attend.
