Description

This final rule by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by removing one entity from the Entity List under the destination of Turkey. The Entity List identifies entities involved in activities contrary to U.S. national security or foreign policy interests, imposing additional license requirements on exports and transfers involving these entities. The removal is based on a review by the End-User Review Committee (ERC) and information received pursuant to EAR regulations. The rule is effective August 21, 2026, and is issued under the authority of the Export Control Reform Act of 2018.
