Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on steel grating from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews were initiated after determining the domestic interested party group response was adequate and the respondent interested party group response was inadequate. The Commission will conduct expedited reviews and has extended the review period by up to 90 days due to the complexity of the reviews.
