Southern Arkansas University Tech (SAU Tech) invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications for Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) services. The services are for the development of the Defense Manufacturing Center of Excellence (DMCE) on the SAU Tech campus in East Camden, Arkansas. Written submissions are due by 1:00 p.m. CST on September 15, 2026, and must be submitted in six copies to Southern Arkansas University Tech, addressed to Keisha Robinson.
