The BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) is seeking to establish a roster of qualified executive search service providers for future recruitment needs. - Government Buyer: - BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) - Scope of Procurement: - Executive search and recruitment services for senior leadership positions - Roles include Chief Executive Officer, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Director, Chief Officer, and other senior positions - Vendor Requirements: - Proven experience recruiting for executive and senior leadership roles - Experience in public-sector, regulatory, Crown agency, financial services, or other highly regulated environments - Selection Process: - Up to four firms may be selected for the roster - Selected firms will be invited to compete for assignments as needed - No OEMs or specific vendors are named - No products are being procured; services only - Contract duration and terms may include extensions and are subject to finalization as per the RFQ

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by BC Financial Services Authority seeks to establish a roster of qualified executive search service providers. The roster will be used to invite firms to compete for executive search assignments on an as-required basis. Assignments may include recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles such as CEOs, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Chief Officers. Up to four respondents may be selected for inclusion in the roster based on the evaluation process.
