The Department of National Defence requires vacuum truck services for the collection and disposal of approximately 100,000 liters of liquid hazardous waste, including waste AFFF and seawater mixed with anti-foaming agent, from an Enviro tank at C3 Jetty in Dockyard at CFB Esquimalt. The service involves pick-up on five pre-set dates between 08:00 and 16:00 PST, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Mandatory technical criteria include supplying vehicles with 3-inch fittings suitable for pumping liquids, the ability to pump directly into tankers or vacuum trucks, and providing a 50 ft hose.
