Description

The County of Placer is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs). The Placer County Environmental Review Ordinance requires that EIRs prepared for private and public projects must be prepared by consultants under contract to Placer County. The County enters into three-party contracts with the Consultant and the applicant for the preparation of such EIRs. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a Qualified List of firms for the preparation of EIRs, valid for three years with options to renew.
