The County of Fresno, on behalf of the Office of Housing and Homelessness (OHH), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide social services programs for low to moderate income persons residing in the unincorporated areas of Fresno County and the partner cities of Fowler, Kerman, Kingsburg, Mendota, Orange Cove, Reedley, Sanger and Selma.
