Description

The County of Fresno on behalf of the Sheriff-Coroner’s Office and the Probation Department is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive management of its correctional and youth food services. The solicitation is divided into two groups: Group I for the Sheriff’s Office Correctional Facilities serving approximately 619,735 meals over three months, and Group II for the Probation Department Juvenile Justice Campus serving approximately 19,564 meals and 5,839 snacks over the same period. Bidders must submit proposals for both groups and cannot bid on only one group.
