The Department of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Procurement Offices (EPO) is seeking to lease two high-performance color multifunction printers for its locations in Fredericksburg, VA and Frederick, MD. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs - Enterprise Procurement Offices (EPO) - OEMs and Vendors: - Xerox (OEM highlighted) - Solicitation allows for "brand name or equal" devices, so equivalent products from other manufacturers are acceptable - Products/Services Requested: - Lease of two Xerox AltaLink C8255/H2 color multifunction printers or equivalent - Part number: C8255/H2 - Quantity: 2 - Key features: - Laser/LED technology - 1200 x 2400 dpi resolution - Print/copy speed of at least 55 pages per minute - Supports multiple paper sizes (A3, Legal, A4) - Internal hole punch and stapler finisher - Scanning with email, secured printing - Multiple paper trays with specified capacities and weights - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Installation required at both locations by a specified deadline - Lease term: base year of 12 months with two 12-month option periods (up to 36 months total) - Equipment must meet advanced technical specifications for high-resolution color output, speed, and finishing capabilities

Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Enterprise Procurement Offices (EPO) require the lease of two (2) Xerox AltaLink color, multi-function device (MFD) printers or equivalent for a base year of 12 months plus two (2) 12-month option periods. This is a re-compete for printers currently being used in two EPO locations (Fredericksburg, VA and Frederick, MD). The equipment must be installed no later than 1 November 2026.
