Description

The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) is seeking proposals from existing housing projects to receive Project Based Voucher (PBV) Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts. These contracts provide rental assistance for eligible households in projects that have already been placed in service and can pass inspection under NSPIRE standards. IHCDA will award up to 80 Project Based Vouchers to projects serving specific eligible populations, including youth aging out of foster care and single parents pursuing post-secondary education. The term of the HAP contract will not exceed 20 years, and all households served must have incomes at or below 50% of Area Median Income. Funding is contingent on IHCDA Board approval and voucher availability.
