Description

The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) is seeking to select existing housing projects to receive Project Based Voucher (PBV) Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts to provide rental assistance for eligible households. Eligible projects must have already placed-in-service as of the RFP response deadline and be able to pass an inspection using the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) standards. Two eligible project types include projects housing youth aging out of foster care funded under a 2023 RFP, and projects serving single parents pursuing post-secondary education and their children. IHCDA will award a maximum of 80 Project Based Vouchers, with contract terms up to 20 years, contingent on voucher availability and board approval.
