Description
The Ramsey County Housing Stability Department administers the City of Saint Paul’s Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Award pursuant to a Joint Powers Agreement as required by HUD. This solicitation seeks to select and award multiple ESG subrecipients capable of providing Street Outreach, Emergency Shelter, Rapid Rehousing, and Homeless Prevention services within Ramsey County.
